Zoya 2013 Spring Lovely Collection

Monday, January 7, 2013

Hi folks!

As promised, I finished swatching the Zoya Lovely Collection. These six soft pastel tints were just what I needed to ease into a mild spring. It may be only January, but I'm already looking forward to warmer weather! Lovely features three shades that have soft silvery shimmer and three that are delicate cremes.

Piaf. A lemony yellow creme with silvery white shimmer. Three coats.

Gie Gie. A cotton candy pink with silvery white shimmer. Three coats.

Julie. A soft purple creme with silvery white shimmer. Three coats.

Blu. How aptly named! A clean, wonderful baby blue creme. Two coats.

Neely. A minty green creme. Three coats, but you could definitely get away with just two.

Jacqueline. A butter cream... creme! Three coats.

Usually pastels are not my cup of tea, but there is something nice and clean about these spring Zoyas. Even I found a way to incorporate them into a cute manicure- by way of my pastel galaxy nails. The formulas were good, perhaps Jacqueline was a tad bit sticky (but really nothing to fuss about).

Zoya nail polishes are Big 3 free. They are $8 each and can be purchased on the Zoya website.
