Etude House Wonder Fun Park Candy Cheek

Friday, March 3, 2017

So 3AM Me buys some weird stuff. Like the small hours of the night leave me devoid of self control and I order anything that catches my sleep deprived eye.

This Etude House blusher would be one of these questionable orders. It's from the summer Wonder Fun Park Collection, a pastel carnival themed set of products.

Mint/lavender exterior with holographic lettering. The candy shop packaging is really cute.

Look at this warm rainbow cheek thing. I wanted it.

So it actually is way more sheer in person than pictures of the pan would suggest.

I couldn't get it to swatch over bare skin (pigmentation is that weak), so I've applied some foundation to my arm and swatched over that.

There's no way to over apply this blush. There really isn't. It's a sort of dark peach with a tiny bit of shimmer. Really rather natural looking, which you would not expect looking at the blush. I packed it on with my MAC 168:

Pretty subtle.

It's not bad, easy to use. But I think darker skin tones than mine will find that it just does not show up at all. It barely shows up on me. More of a novelty blush than anything.

You can purchase the Etude House Wonder Fun Park Candy Cheek for $14.90 from YesStyle
