Nail Pattern Boldness Howl and the Anti Cries (Halloween 2013)

Friday, October 4, 2013

It's October and I can barely contain my excitement for all the Halloween polishes I've been swatching recently. This is without a doubt my favorite holiday and nothing comes close to the happiness I feel wearing Halloween polish! Tonight I have the 2013 Nail Pattern Boldness Halloween Collection - Howl and the Anti Cries as well as a flashback to a shade from last year that is making a comeback.

First up we have Witch Queen; a clear glitter topper with blue, purple, yellow and hints of brown and green metallic glitter. This shade transcends Halloween and would look good anytime of the year! Above, I have one coat over Color Club Wild Child. Also I have it over black creme then topped off with matte top coat. Both look quite striking in their own way.

Vincent Price is Right. Photographing this polish will be the bane of my existence, I tell you. It's stunning and so hard to capture. It's a black base with these almost iridescent blue-purple hexes with tiny multicolored glitter winking at you in the background. A real stunner. Here, I've worn three thin coats.

Frankenpussy. A clear base but very dense with orange, yellow and purple micro glitter. Here I've worn one coat over American Apparel Lopez Canyon. If worn by itself I'd estimate it'd be opaque in two, three at the most coats.

I'm Your Boogie Man. There are no words to describe how juicy and ripe this polish is. It's a vibrant almost hot red orange jelly. Pictured is three coats with topcoat. It's sizzling!

Bitches' Brew. This was a Halloween shade from last year, made available again. This is one of my all time favorite polishes ever, not just among my cherished Halloween shades. Orange, yellow, blue and purple glitter makes up this stunning glitter topper. Pictured is over Essie Luxedo.

All of these shades were just really absolutely gorgeous and packed with glitter. Nail Pattern Boldness polishes are available here, on the brand new website. Guess what? The new website now has free shipping for orders over $45 for US and Canada orders! Rejoice!

Which is your favorite? Did you order any Halloween polishes yet this year?
